Do you sell fabric and products online? No, at this time we do not sell online but if you would like us to ship something we can take a sale over the phone and coordinate sending it to you.
When are you open and where are you located? We are open Mondays through Saturdays 10 AM - 5 PM. We are located at 535 W Loveland Avenue Loveland, OH 45140.
Do you offer longarm quilting services? Yes, our QSL Workshop offers quilting services and you can rent time on our longarm machines through them. The Workshop is located inside our quilt shop and you can find more information at the tab above labeled 'The QSL Workshop'.
What is your Return Policy? All sales of cut fabric are final. All other products are returnable within 30 days of original purchase unless opened. Opened merchandise is non-returnable unless it is defective. All returns must be in original packaging and with any instructions that originally came with it. Must provide receipt of purchase.
Do you allow bus trips to visit? Yes, we are happy to host bus trips. If you can give us a heads up, we can make sure to have enough employees working. You can contact our general manager, Shelby at 513-667-7546!
